She holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and has attended several courses. Gloria has over 15 years experience in the public service as an internal auditor. Her core responsibilities includes Conducting risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk within the organization, Planning and conducting audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies, Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and recommending improvements as needed, Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management, Communicating with management and employees to resolve issues and improve processes.
Gloria has successfully implemented new internal audit procedures that resulted in improved efficiency and accuracy. Identified and resolved multiple issues that saved the organization time and resources. She has been member and lead of teams that audited the Ministry of Justice, Cross River, Civil Service Commission and presented reports whose recommendations were accepted and implemented. She is a team player and result-oriented professional.
