- The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice
- The members of the State Executive Council responsible for
- Finance
- Economic advice and planning
- Investment promotion
- Public Procurement and Due Process
The Secretariat of the Council is saddled with the responsibilities
To appraise, review, monitor, evaluate and recommend action to the Council on all PPP projects in the State
Interface with and provide technical assistance to Ministries, Departments Agencies and specific Contracting Authorities throughout the life of a PPP project etc.
